It all started by traditionally making Caramel and cooking it down by hand until it browns naturally full of smoky sweetness, we then fold this taffy like caramel into all natural dairy base and incorporate it evenly before adding a dusting of Mediterranean Sea Salt to provide a savory contrast to this smoky and sweet gelato favorite.
